Roseview’s massive sash passes PAS24


At 1500 by 3000, the biggest to ever pass PAS24 and Secured by Design testing.

A giant Ultimate Rose sash window manufactured by Buckinghamshire-based Roseview has become the biggest to ever pass PAS24 and Secured by Design testing.

Measuring a massive 1500 by 3000mm, the impressive product dwarfs anything the fast-growing fabricator has ever tested before – and everyone in the factory!

Company Sales Director Richard Burrells commented: “We’re absolutely delighted that our giant sash passed with flying colours. Testing a product this big was always going to be risky – but we had faith in our design and the skill and expertise of our fabricators, and thankfully it paid off!”

“That such slim sections of profile – including the slimmest meeting stile on the market, just 35mm in width - can safely support so much glass is a testament to the product’s amazing strength. But this is just the latest in a string of innovations from one of the country’s most forward-thinking fabricators.

Last year, after extensive planning and testing, Roseview launched an upgraded version of its G Award-winning Ultimate Rose. Offering the slimmest meeting stile on the market (35mm), the new and improved Ultimate Rose combined flush run-through sash horns, putty lines, claw locks and full mechanical joints to make the most authentic uPVC sash window ever produced.
