Edgetech set sights on Glazing Summit

After a successful FIT Show, Edgetech are now gearing up for the next big date in the glass and glazing calendar – the 2019 Glazing Summit.

The world’s leading warm-edge spacer manufacturer was the first big-name sponsor to come on board for this year’s event.

Taking place on Thursday, September 12th at Edgbaston Stadium and Conference Centre, Birmingham, the Glazing Summit brings together hundreds of business leaders, CEOs and stakeholders from the industry’s most influential companies.

And having sponsored the inaugural Glazing Summit last year, Edgetech could not afford to miss out.

Edgetech’s company director Chris Alderson explained: “Last year’s Glazing Summit was fantastic and as soon as we heard another one was taking place, we had to get on board.

“We believe everyone in the industry has got a responsibility to help drive it forward as a whole and are delighted to be supporting this valuable event.”

The day will also be packed with industry insight, advice and discussion on the latest industry trends thanks to key-note speakers across two stages. Alongside the main stage this year will be the new Technical Stage.

Last year Chris was part of the expert panel that spoke about innovation and technology in the industry and he added: “There is always a need to bring the sector together to discuss the big issues that could shape the future of the industry for years to come.”
