World Environment Day this year saw Edgetech hosting a Window Energy Rating Forum for fabricator dealership customer Rapid Frame. Thirty delegates attended the day that raised awareness of World Environment Day initiatives, gave an overview of Warm Edge Technology and the market advantages of Edgetech’s Super Spacer, explained the Installer Dealership initiative, and further advised on energy rated windows, the BFRC and Energy Savings Trust.
Barry Parker, National Sales Manager of Rapid Frame, explains what his customers gained from the day: “Our installer customers were delighted with the practical help given on the day and the support available through the ‘Get the Order’ Installer Dealership. Feedback since the forum has shown the entire package is exactly what installers need to gain an edge in such a challenging market. Edgetech’s Centre of Excellence provided the perfect venue for the day, which covered everything our customers need to know about the environment, current and future legislation, Super Spacer Warm Edge Technology, the Installer Dealership with all its invaluable features and benefits and window energy ratings and energy saving recommended windows. It was an educational day which our customers found extremely useful. We have always been committed to giving our customers the best products and service but to offer them so much more than their competitors, puts us and them ahead of the game.”
“It’s great to see forward thinking companies like Rapid Frame taking the lead and helping its customers grow their sales,” says Alan Fielder, Edgetech’s National Sales Manager. “The format of this forum, with the focus on practical business support, is something Edgetech is happy to deliver in conjunction with customers at its Centre of Excellence, customers’ own premises or nearby venues. Wherever it takes place, the feedback we have had time and time again confirms it is on target and giving installers what they need.”
