Modplan Ltd, the Gwent-based VEKA fabricator, has just launched a new fast track service. The Red Label Fast Track service is designed to support customers who have urgent or unexpected order requirements. Orders placed before 12.30pm can be delivered either on the following working day or within 2 – 3 working days. The service supplements Modplan’s already excellent 5 day standard turnaround time and is available on all window and door products manufactured by the company.
Roger Jones, Modplan’s Internal Sales Manager, says, “We understand that things sometimes don’t go to plan. If a customer has an urgent product change or a frame has been damaged during fitting, waiting five days for a replacement to be delivered isn’t really an option. This is when our Red Label Fast Track service will be so useful.”
While it will attract a small surcharge, Roger believes the service will be valued by customers because it demonstrates a proactive approach to service. “The fast track service will enable customers to maintain their own high standards of customer service at all times and give them added reassurance that we’re always on their side.”
The service is further evidence of Modplan’s positive attitude to customer service. The company sees its customers as business partners to whom it has a duty to provide an exemplary standard of service. Combined with over 30 years’ fenestration experience, it’s something that more and more customers are coming to value.
