Ordering from Modplan has just become even easier. The leading VEKA fabricator has just invested in market-leading Window Designer 7.1 software from First Degree Systems that will enable its customers to get quotes and place orders online 24/7.

Heidi Sachs, Modplan’s Managing Director, said, “Sometimes, it can be difficult for customers to call us for quotes or to place an order. They might be working late at night or when it’s not convenient for them to call us. The system can be used 24/7, so customers can get the information they need anytime, giving them total control and flexibility. And for those customers in remote areas, where broadband is not always available, we offer a dongle option so they don’t miss out on what the system has to offer.”

The user-friendly online system features all of Modplan’s product range, including the popular and versatile VEKA Matrix 58 system which Modplan exclusively fabricates. It’s been designed to be simple to use so installers can get the information they need quickly and easily.

The new system joins an already impressive customer care package from Modplan. As Heidi explains, “Having the total support of your fabrication partner is vital, especially in this economic climate. We work very hard to ensure we are offering what our customers need.”

This includes tailored marketing and business development packages to support business growth. High quality POS material and consumer-focused literature, including a soon-to-be-launched retail brochure, is also available, helping customers promote the products.

Installer training is always on offer too and a new product awareness catalogue will provide brief introductions to all the products in Modplan’s range to help them enhance their portfolio.

And once an order has been placed, customers can be sure it’s in safe hands. Daily production meetings help keep orders on track while the unmarked vehicle fleet make deliveries discreet and low key.
